I was there in 2005 at the dawn of the Cayman Islands’ golden age of tourism, opening The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. I’ve been at the epicentre of Cayman’s premier developments and experiences ever since.

I was a founder of the Cayman Cookout festival with Eric Ripert and championed The Ritz-Carlton’s earning Conde Nast Traveler’s Reader’s Choice Award for best resort in the Caribbean for three years running. Throughout tumultuous economic cycles, I helped fuel brand-leading revenue achievements with innovative ideas, marketing and communications.

Much of my experience was cultivated at Dart, managing the developer’s brand through its largest period of expansion and investment and launching Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa and The Residences at Seafire. During the Covid-19 pandemic I led the hotel owner’s reimagining of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman as a modern Caribbean classic with a $55m renovation. An integral part of the core team behind the strategy for the future Hotel Indigo, I helped create the narrative to shape decisions through the full cycle of development, design, delivery, opening, ramp-up and stabilisation.

I started out at The Martin Agency, an awards-laden global agency renowned for its enduring creativity and impact on clients’ businesses.

With years immersed in Cayman’s luxury market, I’ve studied the evolving nature and expectations of customers ranging from affluent to high net worth. I love harnessing that knowledge with specialist insight to help forward-thinking people create inspiring places and experiences.
